About Me: Acting ACTRA Member I am a comedian, an actor, a woman with a passion for acting and the theatre. With determination, drive and vibrancy, I have produced a number of stage plays to audiences across Canada and the United States. I was born in a small village in the lush countryside of St. Ann Jamaica. The eldest of ten children. As a child I dreamed of becoming a nurse, but decided to pursue teaching instead after failing the exam to become a nurse. After successfully graduating from a prestigious teachers . I started my acting career in 1985 on the set of Police Academy 3 I produce Dear Pastor 1, 2 and 3, Queen for a Day and “Yonge Street” which was well received at the 2006 Fringe Festival. appearances in movies and commercials. Movies with major motion picture stars including James Garner in "Dead Silence", David Cardin in "Kung Fu- The legend Continues", Lou Gossett Jr. in the "Highwayman", and Martin Sheen and Helen Shaver in the "Believers". I also a stand in for renowned singer and actress Dian Carroll in "Goat Christmas" , a made-for American pay - TV movie. My stage credits include "Caribbeana Jab jab", This One is For You ", "Up on Eglinton", and "You can't Take It with You", Dear Pastor: 1, 2 and 3, Old Friends , Queen for a Day and “Yonge Street”. was well received at the 2006 Fringe Festival.
