I also sing and have done several theater plays as well. I was the lead guitarist for the Grammy winning gospel Group The Dixie Hummingbirds. Also played backup guitar for The Blind Boys of Alabama. In 2006 were a recipient of Pennsylvanias Artist of the year award with the Dixie Hummingbirds,also being nominated for a Grammy again and was a was inducted In GMA Gospel Music Hall of Fame back in 2009 along with Dolly Parton and Bobby Jones.
